Full-year programs can either be paid in full, in 3 installments, or monthly.

To calculate your deposit payment, divide your yearly tuition fee by 10. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and will be cashed at the time of registration for the school year 2025-2026. This deposit is not an extra fee; it is a portion of your child’s overall tuition and helps secure their spot in our program. As spaces are limited, this policy ensures we can offer places to families who are committed to enrollment and allows us to plan effectively for the upcoming school year.

Full-Year Payment

Yearly payments made in full are to be paid by August 15th. A $500 reduction in tuition is offered for payments made in one full installment prior to August 15th. Please note that yearly payments must be made via check only to FFLO French Immersion LLC.

Trimester Payments

When paying in 3 installments, one month's tuition deposit is due at registration. Then, the first payment is due August 15th, the second November 15th, and the third February 15th.

Monthly Payments

If you choose to pay monthly the first payment is due at registration and will serve as your non-refundable deposit. Bill is emailed monthly and is due on the 15th day of that month.  A 3.5% convenience fee is added to installment payments and monthly payments. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other programs or families. Enrollment in the monthly payment plan requires a credit card, as well as your pre-authorization for us to automatically charge your card for each payment. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month from August 15th through April 15th.
